24 June 2009 . Wednesday .

Was gym day today . ;D . Went ALL the way to Chinese Garden
just for gym training . GOSH . ._.
okay . so i met xiang at Chinese Garden MRT around 1pm .
hmmm . than we walked to The Community Centre there . met up with
Jer , Derick ( not sure spelled correctly ) and Gervin .
so yea . we went and sign up and stuffs . and starting our vigorous
TRAINING . ;D . WOW it's so tiring . started out with lifting weights
and Gervin was just slacking down there ._. the others continued .
And yea . after some warm up , we ran on the treadmills . i ran
a total of 4 laps at speed of 10 constant and i burned around 90 + Calories.
WOO . ;p than after that , we just went for a break and sat on this
resting corner outside the gym and started chatting about stuffs and joked
about . so yea . hmm . after chatting for like 30 minutes , we went back
and continued with training and we ran again , this time , i ran until it was
the starting of Lap 5 . wow . tiring . >,< went to a speed of 12.8 which is
the maximum for that useless machine ._. okay . after that , we signed out
and went KFC which is just downstairs the Gym , and EAT . ;p

Hmm , than we just got bored and walked about and slacked in this coffeeshop.
we talked about loads of things , like maple , life , all sorts , about
an hour later , we started going elsewhere , which landed us back at
another Coffee shop , ._. and we started joking about stuffs and things once
again . scolding each other , learning new vulgarities and signals . ;p

hmmm . than , after everything , it was about 7pm . so yea . we all went home.
Feeling the ache all over our bodies , but luckily i only got them on my hands.

25 June , Thursday .

Today , went to Admiralty find my twinnie aka stead . ;p
hmmm . and then it was about 12.45pm thans . i went to the food court there
and ate Minced meat noodle which costed me $3.30 . ._. okay...
and after that , we went to the 11th story of her house block and slacked .
while we're slacking , twinnie saw some of her ex classmates and she said hi
and all . and hmmm . so we just talked and played DJ Max . ;p . than i went to
twinnie's house help her sister with the L4D thingy . but in the end , failed.
and i slacked at her house until about 6pm than i went home . ;p
lalala. SORRY twinnie for keep making you wait for me so long >,< .

26th June , TODAY . Friday .

hmm . went to Bugis's new shopping mall . i don't know how to spell though.
Watched Transformers : The Rise Of The Fallen with Ryan , Jantzen , Bryan and
Wendy . hmmm . we went for the 2.20pm show and okay... we got like 30 minutes
left to the show starts , so we went to Bugis junction's Cold storage to buy
some stuffs to smuggle into the movie . i bought this 1 Litre Apple Juice for
only $1 and this 4 tubes of Mentos for $1.90 . so it's a total of $2.90 . o.o
okay . hmmm . after that , we went over straight to the cinema because the show
is about to start , so yea . hmmm . the show was exciting . WOW . my bladder
Give up halfway through the climax of the show . so i went to toilet with ryan
because he's give in too >,< . and yea . ran to the toilet and back again .
lalala . the show was AWESOME . and yea . wasted some money on stupid Catching
dolls game . ._. and Wendy went home early . okay . after that , we went to
eat Sakae Sushi and i was like WOW . i got only $2 left how you want me eat that.
they say they pay for me first . WOW . HONOURED ;D THanks guys .
hmmm . than we ate a total of 30 plates altogether . ._.
lalala . and it costed us $80 + . Screw that . so expensive . D: .
and we went around walking about in Bugis, went arcade and stuffs , and in
the end , we went home together . ;D

sound problem but ended up a failure , so we talked about recent

so yea . we walked to Cathay Cineleisure after that and slacked at the

1st Update , Currently at Bukit Merah of MALAYSIA now . omg man .
it's like a resort filled with HUGE HUGE terrace houses but than
it's counted in units de . we stayed at the TOP story which is the
3rd story of the small building . so yea . hmmm .

2nd Update , Went to dinner at this 1 hour ride to find out that
the supplies of the restaurant has finished and thus , NO DINNER at
that place . SAD SEH . so we went to a porridge place nearby , which
sells quality porridge . it's so nice ! ;D

say is , that one is like , you pick those raw food which is prepared on
